제목 | Effect of magnetite supplement on biohydrogen production using spent coffee grounds (SCGs) hydrolysate |
초록 | Dark fermentation was conducted todetermine the availability of SCGH as a substrate. In addition, the effect of themagnetite on the hydrogen production using the SCGH was investigated. The hydrogenproduction amount and yield using the SCGH were 125.8 mL and 2.12 mol-H2/mol-consumedsugar, respectively. The hydrogen production amount with SCGH increased by 65%and 34% compared to the conditions of the synthetic substrate simulated withgalactose and mannose, respectively. In addition, the addition of magnetiteincreased hydrogen production by about 35% compared to the negative controlgroup. |
