제목 Dielectric proeprtis of LI conducting Superionic Li2B4O7 crystal
초록 I have  measured the electrical conductivity of quasi-one-dimentional superionic conductor Li2B4O7 crystal from 300K to 700K using an impedance spectroscopy. Two dielectric relaxations appeared in the loss tangent, a very weak peak at a low temperature (~350K) and a rather strong one at a high temperature (~550K). The activation energy required for the high temperature relaxation was nearly equal to that obtained in Arrhenius plots of σ·T and 1/T. The temperature-dependence of ac conductivities corresponded well to that of loss tangent.The results are explained in terms of superion of Li hopping between oxygen sites.
