kojic acid and ascorbic acid were conjugated with tripeptide amides using Rink Amide-AM Sure resin. For this, kojic acid and ascorbic acid was selectively activated, and then coupled to the N-terminal of tripeptides on the resin. After cleavage of the peptide derivatives from the resin with mild acid condition and simple work-up steps, we obtained the tripeptide derivatives with high yields and purity. We compared their inhitbitory activity and with kojic acid, kojic acid-tripeptides, ascorbic acid and ascorbic acid-tripeptide. |
