Nano-sized isoindolinone pigment yellow 139 (P.Y. 139) has used high quality property plastics, original automobile, and automotive refinishes due to its unique solvent and thermal resistance. In this study P.Y. 139 was synthesized by verious temperture reaction. Then it was added to various dispersion derivatives and amount. After that, sample was grown at various time and temperature in the particle size to improve dispersion property by the use of autoclave. P. Y. 139 is crystallized therefore in aqueous suspension in a finishing process to improve dispersibility and thermal resistance, crystal phase, particle size. This determines important application properties like hue color, weather fastness, hidng power. |
