제목 Enhanced thermal conductivity of AlN/epoxy composite with AlN doped MWNTs
초록 Aluminum nitride (AlN) was doped on the surface of functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) (A-MWNTs). To form heterostructure, MWNTs were functionalized with AlN nano particles. A-MWNTs were embedded in the epoxy resin, and then the micro size AlN was also added in this resin. A-MWNTs can be help to enhance the inter-connectivity of conducting filler, because of its high aspect ratio and polarity of doped AlN. In this study, the effect of A-MWNTs on the thermal properties of composite was investigated.
