Trichlorosilane containing Si-H bond has been regarded as an useful material applicable to synthesis of organosilicon compounds.Conventional hydrosilyation catalysts, Speier's or Karstedt's catalysts, have been used for long time but they suffer from side reactions in particular reactions. Therefore five-member ring with various substituent (R=Me, i-Pr, t-Bu, c-Hx) and six-member ring with (R=i-Pr, c-Hx, Ph) N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) ligands have been prepared.Catalytic activities of the NHC-Pt(DVTMS) have been compared with common catalysts for the hydrosilylation of para-substituted styrene [R=H, Me, Cl, OMe, CN] with trichlorosilane. |
