제목 Electrochemical determination of purine derivatives using electrochemically reduced graphene oxide modified electrodes
초록 Graphene received considerable attention due its attracting property in various applications. Herein, graphene modified electrode was prepared by self-assembling graphene oxide (GO) on GCE via 1,6-hexadiamine linker preassembled on GCE followed by the electrochemical reduction of GO. The electrochemically reduced graphene oxide (ERGO) film was characterized by various spectroscopic and microscopic techniques. Due to the strong π-π interaction between purine derivatives and ERGO film, the enhanced oxidation peak current was observed. The practical application was demonstrated in human urine and serum samples.
