High efficiency deep blue organic light-emitting diodes using fused aromatic amine based high triplet energy hole transport material |
초록 |
We have designed and synthesized thermally stable high triplet energy hole transport material based on fused aromatic amine structure. The fused aromatic amine based hole transport material showed high glass transition temperature of 125℃ and high triplet energy of 2.89eV. It showed better hole transport property than common hole transport material N,N′-dicarbazolyl-3,5-benzene. Deep blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes were fabricated using the fused aromatic amine type hole transport material and a quantum efficiency of 15.3% was achived at a luminance of 1000cd/m2 with a color coordinates of (0.14,0.23). |
