제목 Ultra-sensitive Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopic Encoded Beads for Multiplex Immunoassay
초록 A new type of encoded beads, which utilizes surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) and silver nanoparticle (NP) embedded polystyrene-divinylbezene (PS-DVB) beads, was prepared for multiplex immunoassay. In oup experiment, silver NPs were embedded on the surface of PS-DVB beads for enhancement of Raman signatures, and Raman label compounds were then self-assembled on silver NPs on sulfonated PS-DVB bead. The silver-embedded SERS-active PS-DVB beads containing Raman label compounds were then coated with silica shell by using tetraethoxyorthosilicate for the mechanical and chemical stability and bio-compatibility. Finally, we proved that SERS encoded beads were suitable for multiple detection system.
