The direct methanol fuel cell(DMFC), a green, sustainable energy source, has proved some advantages over other environmentally friendly energy sources. However, the high cost, low electrocatalytic activity and stability of common Pt catalyst in used fuel cells. To solve these problems, many efforts have been attempted with various methods. Functionalization catalyst support of electrode by modifying functional groups is one of the methods. Especially in the DMFC, the platinum catalyst of the functionalized carbon nanotube(CNT) is nanoparticles and has wide dispersion, so that methanol oxidation generates on a large surface. Therefore higher performance is expected due to the interaction of the surface-modified CNT and reduced graphene oxide. In this work, electrochemical properties of composite had been investigated and analyzed. |
