제목 Synthesis of Efficient Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence(TADF) Dopant Materials Based on Donor-Accepter Structure and Their Device Properties.
초록 2 kinds of donor-accepter compounds 2-(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-N,N-diphenylaniline(DPA-Trz), 2-(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-N,N-di-p-tolylaniline(MPA-Trz) were designed and used as dopant materials for the preparation of highly external quantum efficiency blue organic light emitting diodes based on the themally activatied delayed fluorescence. A green device consisting of PEDOT(60nm)/TAPC(20nm)/mCP(10nm)/mCP:Dopant(25nm)/TSPO1(5nm)/TPBi(30nm)/LiF(1nm)/Al(200nm) was used. The EL emissions of the devices are observed at 497nm(DPA-Trz), 532nm(MPA-Trz), respectively. In optimized structure, the device obtained had greatest resulted in high performance OLEDs with a high external quantum efficiency of 17% and Color stability from 100cd/m2 to 3000cd/m2.
