제목 Synthesis and Charaterization of Donor Type Polymeric Semiconducting Polythiophene Derivatives
초록 We have designed and synthesis and OTFT characteristics of novel p-type polymers containing thiophene and fluorine derivatives. Poly(2,2’-(4,4’-didodecyl-2,2’-bithiophene-5,5’-diyl)dithieno[3,2-b]thiophene-alt-9,9’-didodecyl) (PBTADF) was synthesised by the palladium catalyzed Suzuki coupling reaction with 5,5‘-(4,4‘-didodectl-2,2‘-bithiophene-5,5‘-diyl)bis(2-bromothieno[3,2-b]thiophene and 2,2‘-didodecyl-9H-fluorene-2,7-diyl)bis(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-,3,2-dioxaborolane. The introduction of thieno[3,2-b]thiophene unit and thiophene unit can give more increased π staking due to more expended π-conjugation molecular structure. The obtained PBTADF was soluble in common organic solvents such as chloroform, THF and toluene and had a weight-average molecular weight of 24,895 with a poly dispersity index of 1.66. The new polymer showed good thermal stability with high Tg of 407 ℃.
