제목 Polylactide/Clay Nanocomposites by In-Situ Supercritical Fluids Polymerization
초록 Poly(L-lactide)/layered aluminosilicate nanocomposites were synthesized by in situ supercritcal fluid polymerization in the presence of organo-modified montmorillonites. The intercalation of the polymer chains between the aluminosilicates layers and morphological structure of the filled PLAs were analysed by wide-angle X-ray scattering (WAXS). Thermogravimetric analyses (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were performed to study the thermal behaviour of the prepared composites. The growing polymer chains were directly grafted onto the clay surface through the hydroxyl-functionalized ammonium cations yielding exfoliated nanocomposites with enhanced thermal stability.
