For development a ceramic resin for stereolithography (SLA) 3D printing fields, Al2O3 ceramic particles were coated with silane coupling agent (VTES, vinyltriethoxysilane), and then dispersed in commercial photopolymer based on interpenetrating network (IPN) phenomena. The optical images and average coating thickness of VTES-coated Al2O3 ceramic particles were observed by field-emission transmission electron microscopy (FE-TEM) and element mapping images. The particle size distribution of VTES-coated Al2O3 ceramic particles was investigated by laser scattering particles size distribution analyzer. Depending on the different coating thickness of VTES on Al2O3 ceramic particle surface, initial dispersibility and dispersion stability of VTES-coated Al2O3/3DK-A83B solution was investigated by relaxation nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and Turbiscan. The cross-sectional images of 3D-printed objects were observed by field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and element mapping images. |
