Synthesis and Characterization of CO2 adsorption by using Polyethylenimine Functionalized Fumed Silica |
초록 |
Greenhouse gases in Earth's atmosphere help earth temperature maintain. But if they are excess of standards, the temperature will be increased and influence global warming. Also power station and industrial processes have make the human uses fossil fuels such as coal, natural gas, and oil. So emissions of CO2, one of the most effective in greenhouse gases, are increased. Thus we must need to improve this environmental problem. Polyethylenimine (PEI) is well known CO2 capturing material. Also, fumed silica (FS) has large superficial dimension so it can synthesize massive amount, uniform pore size and distribution. Finally through the advantage, when PEI functionalized by FS is synthesized via caffeic acid (FS-PEI), adsorption performance of PEI for CO2 capture is reinforced by FS. The prepared FS-PEI is characterized by FT-IR, SEM, TGA and BET. |
