제목 Synthesis of Skeletal-structured Biporous Silicate Powders Using Polystyrene Beads and Their Applications
초록 Materials with bimodal pore size distribution are expected to provide multiple benefits due to the combination of different pore size regimes. A new dual-templating method was used in this work to prepare the macrostructured mesoporous silicates. Polystyrene bead templates were directly added into the precursor surfactant solution for the synthesis of MCM-41. The latex templates and the skeletal silicates were observed by SEM, the mesoporous structures of silicates were confirmed by XRD patterns and N2 adsorption analysis, and macropores and mesopores were observed by TEM. The silicates were used for VOCs adsorption and catalytic NO reduction. MCM-41 with hierarchically ordered macropore showed better adsorption capability in toluene adsorption, and Pt/MCM-41 catalysts with macropore showed a better conversion of NO than the one supported on a simple mesoporous material.
