Biomolecule Responsive Diffraction Grid Sensor Using Specific Binding Molecule Conjugated Hydrogel |
초록 |
The general method of early detection of disease is to precise measure of specific disease-related biomarker level. There exist many methods of measuring biomarkers and especially for proteins, ELISA, chromatography, western blot and molecular imprinted hydrogels (MIH) can be used. Exclusively, molecular reactive hydrogel is advantageous for a sensing platform because of their simple label-free detection system, as well as bio-applicability and biocompatibility. Herein, we fabricated an optical sensor using targeting moiety conjugated hydrogel to analyze target protein by measuring diffracted light. Conformational change hydrogel was observed when target protein exists in interconnecting hydrogel networks. In this work, 50 nm silica nanoparticles as light diffraction source were incorporated with hydrogel, showed red-shifted diffraction light with hydrogel shrunk by combining of the target protein. |
