제목 Transparent Carbon Nanotube-Polymer Composites and Materials Characteristics on Nanostructured Biointerfaces  
초록 We fabricated extremely thin film with 100-200nm thickness using carbon nanotube and polymer composite matrix. Due to the presence of nanoscale surface structures, it shows nanoscale surface roughness and altered surface tensions compared to flat polymer surface. In this study, we controlled the surface roughness by altering weight contents of carbon nanotubes and by varying the size of carbon nanotubes. Surface characteristics are examined by AFM and surface tension analysis and results demonstrated that developed materials can be utilized to tracking cell-novel biomaterials interfaces with aid of systematic controlling of nanoscale surface roughness and surface tension. Further study will be focused on both the study of biocompatibility and toxicity experiments for implant application and unravel the signal pathways of cellular responses on nanostructured biomaterials interfaces.
