제목 Fabrication of Ag-Au bimetallic nanostructure array for Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering(SERS)
초록 Surface-enhanced Raman scattering has great potential for developing ultrasensitive chemical and biological sensors. For making SERS substrates, silver and gold are the most widely used materials due to their extraordinary performance for enhancing Raman signals on their roughened their surfaces. By making silver and gold hybrid nanostructure arrays in intended way, we expect that the stability and reproducibility will be enhanced with no expense of enhancement factor loss. The substrates are produced by using soft lithography techniques on the silver and gold evaporated silicon wafer. Then the metal surface is roughened by chemical treatment. Well ordered nanostructure and roughened metal surface causes excitation of localized Surface Plasmon resonance effect (SPR) from that SERS mainly originate.
