제목 Systematic investigation on principal parameters of silent plasma removal of Diazinon
초록 Inattentive usage of pesticides has been among the main approaches to enhance the productivity of the land to feed the growing population of the earth.  Numerous studies have been dedicated to removal of these chemicals from water. Advanced oxidation processes (AOPs) have been employed to remove organophosphate. Regarding the merits of nonthermal atmospheric pressure plasma (NTAPP), in this study, the removal efficiency and affective parameters on the degradation of Diazinon in water have been explored. The operational parameters like flow rate and pressure of the gas, physiochemical properties of the medium, co-oxidant, concentration of the analyte  and the interface area have been considered as influential parameters. It was observed that merely less than 2% of the measured gaseous ozone can be detected as residual ozone in the liquid phase. Moreover, gas pressure and the extend of the interface of the liquid and plasma gas play key roles in removal efficiency of the Diazinon.
