제목 | Preparation of biocompatible drug-releasing anti-adhesion using photo-curable natural polyemr |
초록 | Adhesion is often occured after sugery. This adhesion could cause significant paind or dyfunction to patient. In some case, re-operation would be necessary. Therefore, many studies have been studied to decrease or eliminate adhesion. We prepared photo-curable natural polymer derivative to provide physical anti-adhesion barrier and also sustained release of drug on surgical site. Prepared natural polymer could immobilize drug and release of immobilized drug could be contolled depends on concentration and irradiation time. This derivative is expected to play a role as a physical barrier and could protect surgical site from infection. Consequently, we expect effective anti-adhesive function.
