Poly(ethylene glycol)- Poly(D.L-Lactide; Caprolactone)-Poly(aminoester) penta hydrogel as a pH- temperature sensitive biodegradable polymer |
| 초록 |
Poly(ethylene glycol)- Poly(D.L-Lactide; Caprolactone) triblock is a temperature sensitive hydrogel. The penta block was obtained from the triblock and pH sensitive block - Poly (aminoester) by addition reaction. The solution of the penta block in buffer will change from sol at pH 6.4 and 10 degree C to gel at pH 7.4 and human temperature. The penta block can be used in drug delivery field. |
