Mesoporous TiO2 with hydrogel as effective osteogenetic differentiation and cell localization assisting template |
초록 |
Tissue engineering is largely investigated academic field which involve multiple scientific area. Cell, biomolecules and scaffolds where cells are cultured are three key factors of tissue engineering. In this study, TiO2 substrate is used as culture scaffold with differentiation-promoting biomolecules immobilized on them for osteogenetic differentiation of hMSC. The covalent crosslink was formed in between TiO2 and growth factors for prolonged activity. The mesoporous structure assisted to increase immobilized protein amount as well as cell adhesion promotion. For obtain additional functionality other than just differentiation inducing scaffold, hydrogel technique was used to confine cell location on specific region. In vitro viability assays and imaging was proceeded and chemical characterization was utilized for analyze mesoporous TiO2 scaffold. |
