제목 Preparation of broad-ranged wavelength absorbable membrane for steam generation
초록 Solar energy is stood out as the solution of energy shortage in developing countries because of its high purity and infinity. The solar energy is used primarily for steam generation from natural water. However, it is hard to gain high efficiency of steam generation using the solar energy. For the reason, many researchers have studied a variety of techniques and devices to solve these problems. Herein, we introduce the wide-ranged light absorbable membrane using conducting polymers such as polypyrrole(Ppy), polythiophene deposited on cellulose membrane via vapor deposition polymerization (VDP). In addition, we deposit polystyrene on only one side of the membrane via VDP process to float membrane on the water without any artificial supporter. This membrane is generated heat and steam when this membrane is floated on water under sun light which has wide-ranged wavelength. This membrane can be applied to various devices about seawater desalination and eco-friendly power plant.
