EVALUATION AND CHRACTERIZATION PVA/PCL/GELATIN FIBER FILMS WITH SIMVASTATIN LOADING BY ELECTROSPINNING PROCEDURE AS DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEMS FOR TISSUE REGENERATION |

In this study, electrospinning technology was used to evaluate morphology and chacracterization of PVA, PCL, Gelatin, respectively. The composition of these polymers also were evaluated. After that, simvastatin was loaded inside fibers combination in vitro study to evaluate ability application of nanofiber films as drug delivery systems for tissue regeneration. Scanning electronic morphology (SEM) shows fibers which were fabricated as different conditions of electrospinning. X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calometry (DSC) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) spectrums reveal simvastatin dispersion in fibers and invitro cell viability and cell proliferation of PVA/PCL/GELATIN fiber films were studied. All of things demonstrate available application of polymer above in drug delivery systems for tissue regeneration largely. |
