제목 Fabrication and Characterization of Semitransparent Perovskite Photovoltaic Cells using  TiOx/Ag/WOx Multilayers as Transparent Cathode Electrode
초록 Visibly transparent photovoltaic devices can open photovoltaic applications in many areas, such as building-integrated photovoltaics or integrated photovoltaic chargers for portable electronics. The conventional dielectric/metal/dielectric (DMD) multilayer exhibit excellent flexibility, high conductivity and good transparency in transparent photovoltaic cells. In the present work, we fabricated semi-transparent perovskite photovoltaic cell with TiOx/Ag/WOx (TAW) multilayers as cathode electrode. Here, TAW has a high transmittance of 80% (at 520nm) and low sheet resistance of 5.78 ohm/sq. The semi-transparent perovskite photovoltaic cell consisted of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/perovskite (CH3NH3PbIxCl3-x)/TAW recorded power conversion efficiency (PCE) of up to 7.43%, achieving 51% of the fill factor (FF) in one sun irradiation.
