제목 Effect of alkali elements doping in flexible Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 solar cells
초록 Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 (CZTSSe) materials are the most popular alternatives to CIGS-based materials and have been studied for several years. However, so far, the efficiency of CIGS-based thin film solar cells (TFSCs) has not been kept up. The low Voc compared to CIGS is one of the main reasons for the low conversion efficiency of CZTSSe TFSCs. The causes of low Voc are as follows: i) Narrow phase stability, ii) Defects, iii) undesirable energy level alignment at interface, and iv) Formation of thick Mo(S,Se)2 at the rear interface.[1] To solve these problems, NaF is doped into the precursor during the CZTSSe solar cell process. Na plays a role in alleviating the above-mentioned problems by improving the quality of the absorber layer and the interface in the process of forming the CZTSSe absorber layer. In this work, we have studied the effect of NaF doping in flexible CZTSSe TFSCs. We deposited directly NaF on Mo foil by using evporator system. And then, we deposited Mo/NaF/CZTSSe/CdS/i-ZnO:AZO/Al in order. Furthermore, we have investigated the effect of NaF on flexible CZTSSe TFSCs by various analyzes (XRD, Raman Spectra, XRF, FE-SEM, HR-TEM, J-V, EQE, and C-V). As a result, in the annealing process for formation of CZTSSe, as Na diffused into the absorber layer, the quality of the absorber layer has been improved. And all parameters including Voc are improved, and finally the efficiency is also increased.
