제목 얇은 천 형상 ZnO 음극 활물질의 Ni–Zn battery에서의 전기화학적 성능
초록 Thin fabric ZnO nanoparticle is synthesized by a precipitation route through thermal-drying step at 70 oC for 24 h. Structure analyses through XRD and TEM indicate that thin fabric ZnO nanoparticle has high purity and perfect hexagonal crystallinity. The ZnO like thin clothes with 100-150 nm of widths is shown in TEM photo. As electrode materials of Ni/Zn batteries, the thin fabric ZnO nanoparticle shows the improved cycle stability and average discharge capacity of 450 mAhg−1 for 14th-cycle, otherwise a commercial ZnO nanoparticle exhibits 420 mAhg−1. Consequently this study demonstrates that thin fabric ZnO nanoparticle is superior to that of the commercial ZnO nanoparticle.
