제목 Pluronic Mixture with Thermo-sensitivity and Residence Stability  as a Postsurgical Tissue Adhesion Barrier
초록 The formation of adhesions between a traumatized tissue and surrounding organs is a frequently occurring undesirable result after surgery. Various synthetic and natural polymeric materials as tissue adhesion barriers have been investigated. In this study, sol–gel transition temperature-controllable Pluronic F127/F68/P123 were prepared to evaluate their potential as tissue adhesion barrier gels. The sol–gel transition temperatures of the Pluronic mixtures could be controlled by adjusting F127/F68/P123 ratio and polymer concentrations. The Pluronic P123 which can improve the micelle stability of Pluronic F127 provided residence stability of the Pluronic mixture gels in the body. The sol-gel transition temperature and residence stability in the PBS of the Pluronic mixtures with different polymer ratio and concentration were investigated. The in vivo animal study using a rat model was also carried out to evaluate the anti-tissue adhesion effect of the prepared Pluronic mixtures.
