제목 Preparation and characterizations of polymer composites composed of expoxy resins and silanized nanodiamonds
초록 Recent advances in light emitting diode technology have produced products with much higher power and brightness, creating the need for effectively thermal management. Therefore, there is a growing interest in thermally conductive composite materials for the development of excellent heat dissipation materials. Thermal conducting polymer composites were produced utilizing epoxy resins and silanized nanodiamonds. Mechanical and thermal properties of the polymer composites were measured for applications to thermal interface materials of electronic packaging and components industry.
