제목 Au-sputtered Au Nanowire SERS Sensor for Telomerase Activity Detection
초록 We report a highly reproducible Au-sputtered Au nanowire (NW) SERS sensor for detection of human telomerase activity. The Au-sputtered Au NW SERS sensors were fabricated by a simple deposition of NPs on Au NWs. We maximized the SERS enhancement of Au-sputtered Au NW SERS sensor through the optimization of deposition time and confirmed the reproducibility through the measurement of 60 different Au NW sensors. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of Au-sputtered Au NW SERS sensors is only 4.80%. This reproducibility attributed to the uniform deposition of NPs on single-crystalline Au NWs. By measuring SERS signals from Au-sputtered Au NW SERS sensor, we could detect telomerase activity of several human cancer cell lines with a detection limit of 0.2 cells/mL whereas negligible telomerase activty of normal cell lines. This suggests that the Au-sputtered Au NW SERS sensor can be useful for early diagnosis of human cancers and further biomarker sensing.
