제목 Synthesis and characterization of Poly(carbazole)-based Anion Exchange Materials with enhenced chemical stability for Electrochemical Applications
초록 Anion exchange membranes(AEMs) are substantial materials for electrochemical energy devices such as anion exchange membrane fuel cells(AEMFCs) and water electrolyzers(AEMWEs). Electrochemical devices with AEMs are a promising alternative because they use non-platinum metal electrocatalysts, unlike electrochemical devices that use proton exchange membranes(PEM). Herein, we have modified the poly(carbazole)(PC-Br) with various functional groups such as trimethylamine(TMA), dimethylhexylamine(DMHA) methylimidazole(IM) by in-situ quaternization for good chemical stability. In particular, we measured the alkaline stability, ion exchange capacity, SAXS and ion conductivity of AEMs.
