Peptide film-polypyrrole supported palladium catalyst for one pot aqueous phase synthesis of indole derivatives |
초록 |
Indole derivatives have been synthesized for the last decades due to their importance such various biological activities. A well-known approach for synthesizing them is cross-coupling reaction using transition metal catalysts. This can induce one pot synthesis of indolic compounds which is efficient from the green chemistry point of view. However, the method needs harsh reaction conditions. To solve the problem, more efficient catalyst is required. Recently, we have found that tyrosine-rich peptide (TyRP) nanofilm formed at air-water interface can be used as a template for simultaneously inducing polymerizarion of pyrrol and reduction of palladium (Pd) ions. This phenomenon would be attributed to redox property of tyrosine. The TyRP-polypyrrole supported palladium catalysts (TyRP@PPy@Pd catalysts) showed an excellent catalytic activity in one-pot synthesis of indolic compounds which is Sonogashira reaction from 2-iodoaniline derivatives followed by ring-closing reaction in water. |
