Solution-processable polymer bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) solar cells have attracted constant attention due to their potential as a cost-efficient power source. In the conventional systems, P3HT:PCBM active layer is sandwiched between an transparent anode and a low work function metal cathode. In this case, direct electrical contacts between the interfaces of active layer and electrodes lead to recombination of carriers and current leakage. Therefore, Water-soluble poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) has been widely used as an efficient HTL. Although this layer helps PSCs achieve an improvement in efficiency, many of research group have tried to replace PEDOT:PSS due to the high acidity, resulting in poor long-term stability. Therefore, In this study, as an alternative PEDOT:PSS HTL, we demonstrate moderately reduced graphene Oxide (GO) films. |
