New amorphous semiconducting copolymer containing fluorene and thiophene moieties for organic solar cells. |
| 초록 |
We have synthesized new amorphous polymeric semiconductors containing fluorene and thiophene, P1 and P2 for organic solar cells. The morphology and structure of the polymer:PCBM blend films were investigated by employing after annealed, by using atomic force microscope (AFM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, and the optical and electrical properties were characterized with UV-vis spectroscopy, photoluminescence (PL) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). We showed how the different side chain arrangement of P1 and P2 affect the nano-morphology and the resulting photovoltaic performances of polymer:PCBM solar cells. |
