Highly Strechable and Conductive Graphene Inks for Application of Screen-printed Wearable Sweat Sensor |
초록 |
Strechable and conductive graphene inks were prepared using a fluid dynamics process. The employment of polyurethance enabled to efficiently exfoliate graphite into graphene nanosheets and provide mechanical properties of functional inks. The as-obtained graphene inks were printed onto polymer film with a serpentine structure. The electrochemical ion sensors exhibited excellent sensor performances and mechanical stretchability (300% strain). To demonstrate practical use of sensor, the on-body test was performed for real-time monitoring of the sodium ion concentration in human sweat during stationary bike exercise. |
