제목 | Oxidation state of niobium oxide plating by anodic oxidation |
초록 | It is known that oxidation treatment for titanium and niobium to form an oxide plating. In particular, niobium oxide has a high refractive index and is excellent in chemical stability and thermal stability. There are various methods of subjecting the oxidation treatment, but the anodizing treatment is a method of simply forming an oxide plating. Colour of niobium oxide prepared by the anodization has a characteristic of view angle dependance. To decrease the view angle dependence deposited titanium oxide by sputtering on niobium oxide by anodization in this study. Reflection spectra of each angle was measured by the spectroscope. We measured color difference by Lab and ΔEab calulated by reflection spectra. We`ve employed titanium oxide thin film, whose thickness is 27.5nm on niobium oxide prepared with an applied voltage of 60V and compared to those of niobium oxide at 50V. As a result, sputtered titanium oxide onto niobium oxide surpress the color changed view angle dependence doe to analyses of ΔEab and Photoshop. Changed titanium oxide is well known to have high refractive index compared to niobium oxide. In addition, XPS analyses of niobium oxide indicated that Nb2O5 layer is formed at the surface of niobium plate. |
