The metallic nanoparticles(NPs) can be immobilized by polymer carriers. However, it is required for the encapsulation of metallic NPs with homogenous size and higher catalytic activity. Herein, we report amphiphilic zirconium nanoplatelets surfactant catalysts(ANPL-cat) system which shows remarkable catalytic activity in Pickeirng emulsion microreactors. For systhesis of ANPL, we grafted amine-functionalized polymer in hydrophilic face of NPLs via Si-ATRP at the W/O interface. After that, various kinds of metallic NPs was loaded on the brushes through in situ reduction of precursors to obtain ANPL-cat. They assemble at the reactant-oil interface of Pickering emulsions and showed high conversion kinetics even in reuse. It is expected that our ANPL-cat could be promising green catalytic reaction-controlled microreactors. |
