제목 Optimization of the Solid-State Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells containing Solution-Processed MoO3 and dibromo-EDOT hybrid Hole Transporting Layers
초록 DSSC have been explored extensively as one kind of the third generation solar cells. Because of their high energy conversion efficiency, low cost, lightness, flexible form, and simple fabrication process. However, the liquid electrolyte based DSCs have many problems such as leakage of liquid electrolyte, corrosion of Pt counter and dye degradation which can limit the long-term stability of DSCs. For such reasons, the all solid-state dye sensitized solar cells (SDSCs) have been attracting much attention for decades. But SDSCs currently suffer from issues such as inadequate nanopore filling, low conductivity, and crystallization of hole-transport materials infiltrated in the mesoscopic TiO2 scaffolds, leading to low performances. In this study, we fabricated SDSCs using a simple, solution-processed thin MoO3 anode buffer layer was fabricated for high performance for SDSC. The photovoltaic properties were investigated and compared with that of sDSCs without thin MoO3 anode buffer layer.
