제목 Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells with Catalytic Pt_ZnO Counter Electrodes
초록 Dye-sensitized solar cells based on dye-sensitized TiO2 and N3 have been reported by Grtzel. The DSSCs has become the most promising alternative to conventional silicon solar cells. To increase the efficiency of DSSCs, we used a counter electrode which has ZnO nanorod. The efficiency of Pt-ZnO counter electrode DSSC was improved to 7.01%(grown for 2hrs), 7.63%(grown for 4hrs) and 6.13%(grown for 8hrs), respectively. Compared with a standard DSSC without ZnO nanorod whose efficiency was 6.27%, the energy conversion efficiency increased up about 22% for Pt-ZnO (grown for 4hrs) electrode DSSC.
