제목 N-doped hierarchical porous carbon electrode for supercapacitors by facile one-pot hard-template method
초록 In the case of supercapacitor design, a porous electrode of hierarchy architecture would be highly meaningful because a portion of micro- and meso-pore involve in surface area increment, and the other portion of macro-pore can provide interconnected paths for charge transport. In this work, based on the one-pot template method which have the advantage of precise pore size control along with uniform pores, a nanocarbon (CNT,GO)-based porous electrode has been prepared to deploy well-developed hierarchical porous structure. During the pyrolysis step to develop pore structure as well as to restore electrical conductivity, N-doping has been simultaneously tried to boost electrical conductivity and wettability. Finally, a supercapacitor employing the N-doped porous electrode of hierarchy architecture showed notable performances including a specific capacitance of 193 F g-1 (0.1 A g-1) and a specific energy density of 82.1 Wh kg-1 at a power density of 175 Wkg-1.​
