Eutectic Melt Crystallization of Organic Materials for Electronic Devices |
초록 |
Organic nanomaterials have attracted interests for application in electronic devices. The crystallinity and molecular arrangement of which have great influence on the performance of electronic devices. We introduced eutectic melt crystallization method. Using eutectic condition, We can fabricate organic thin film and nano pattern in low temperature. Also, We could make well-defined nanoarray of organic semiconductors with epitaxial growth in eutectic system. We investigate their eutectic diagram, morphologies, crystalline information via Optical microscope, SEM, TEM, XRD and crystal visualization software. |
