Polymer solar cells(PSCs) have attracted considerable attention because of their unique advantages, which include low cost, lightweight, solution processablility, and flexibility. Among the various conjugated polymers, polyfluorene and polycarbazole derivatives have deep HOMO levels that increase the open-circuit voltage of the PSCs. Furthermore carbazole gave the electron delocalization and the good mobility becaus of it’s compact planer structure into various conjugated polymers. In this study, we synthesized carbazole-base copolymer and investigated their PSCs property. |
