제목 | Synthesis and Physical Properties of Acrylate monomer for Dual-cure Acrylate adhesive. |
초록 | Acrylic adhesives were mostly chosen as Optically clear adhesives (OCAs) due to their fast UV curability and excellent clarity and economical aspect. OCA were often used for bonding in the capacitive touch panel assembly. The OCA may be used in transfer tape format to fill the air gap between the display substrates. However, the results of such acrylic OCA derivatives are for mainly rigid, britles and low molecular weight. To achieve flexibility and increasing molecular weight, polymers have branch type chains on the hydorxyl acrylate monomer. Among the prepolymers used for UV-curable adhesives, poly- urethane acrylate (PUA) oligomers with acrylic acid functional groups and urethane bonds in the molecular structure have gained increasing attention and rapid development. In this study, we synthesized acrylate polymers containing hydroxyl acrylate monomer derivatives through thermal reaction. Thus, polymer was investigated structure, optical and physical. |
