Effect of Melting Atmospheres in the Tin-phosphate Glass Systems |
초록 |
This work were studied the properties of glasses with (SnO2-(1-x)P2O5-xB2O3) which were melted under various atmosphere , using air, nitride gas and reduction, to inhibit those oxidation and convert an oxide into a partial metal or a metalic oxide. Under air, glass melts showed eduction of crystal habit or a phenomenon of devitrification. However a portion of metal oxide were transformed to metal or unstable oxide by deoxidation under nitride gas and reduction atmosphere. As a result, It was represented that the coefficient of thermal expansion, Tg an Ts values were not influenced by an atmosphere, but the melting point and transmittance were great affected by it. |
