제목 알루미나 세라믹스의 열충격 특성 평가
초록 Composition effects on mechanical properties of alumina ceramics for plasma reactor was studied, and then the thermal shock behaviour of sintered alumina with 5, 10wt.% of petalite was also studied. The thermal shock testing was carried out by means of quenching into water from high temperatures (ΔT in the range 0-400℃). In result, advanced mechanical properties of alumina ceramics obtained when alumina base ceramic matrix composite containing 2wt.% of CaO, 4wt.% of MgO, 2wt.% of SiO2 and sintering temperature at 1350℃. The thermal shock resistance of alumina base ceramic matrix composite containing petalite showed higher values than monolithic alumina.
