Solution-processed functional materials for high performance metal oxide thin-film transistors |
초록 |
In this presentation, I will briefly review the latest research trends of the electronic and optoelectronic devices which constitutes the display, and introduce the solution-processed functional materials and their device applications. First, I report on the fabrication of solution-processed p-type metal oxide thin-film transistors (TFTs) using a novel metal oxide semiconductor with high device performance. The development of high performance p-type metal oxide semiconductors as comparable to n-type oxides opens a new window for the fabrication of low-power and high-resolution integrated circuits of large area and transparent displays. Second, I briefly introduce a solution-processed organic-inorganic gate dielectric layer with excellent insulating properties for flexible metal oxide TFTs. In particular, I systematically analyze and introduce fluorinated organic-inorganic gate dielectric films and their TFT applications. |
