제목 Highly Ordered Nanoporous Thin Films from PLA-containing Block Copolymers
초록 Block copolymers (BCPs) containing an etchable block have been widely explored since well-defined nanoporous materials can be obtained by removal of the sacrificial component from microphase-separated structures. Pore size and morphology are dictated by the molecular weight and composition of the BCP. Such nanoporous materials have been demonstrated to be useful as nanofiltration membranes, antireflection coatings and nanotemplates. One example of a block component that can be readily etched by mild basic hydrolysis is polylactide (PLA). In this work, long-range ordered hexagonally close-packed PLA cylinders were achieved by solvent annealing. Highly ordered nanoporous template were successfully obtained by removing PLA domains through NaOH wet etching. Here the characteristics of nanoporous films obtained by wet etching are compared with those produced by different ways.
