Dehydration of acetic acid aqueous solution through pervaporation process using cross-linked Poly (vinyl) alcohol hollow fiber composite membrane |
초록 |
The pervaporation is one of the energy effective separation process for azeotropic liquid mixture and it has used the non-porous dense membrane. To increase efficiency of membrane, it has been prepared onto the polymeric supporter which has high stability toward to the chemicals. The hollow fiber composite membrane is prepared by using poly (vinyl) alcohol cross-linked with dicarboxylic acid, Tartaric acid, as active layer coated onto the Polyether sulfone UF membrane through dip coating method. The prepared membrane was characterized by IR spectroscopy and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), after then it was finally applied in the pervaporation test with different membrane preparation condition in the 20wt.% acetic acid aqueous solution as feed mixture. And membrane stability test was conducted by using the most reasonable membrane during 54hr. |
