제목 Microwave synthesis of metal incorporated mesoporous zeolite and their catalytic application
초록 Microwave incorporation of transition metal into nanoporous silica could generate Lewis acid sites on the silica framework. In the present work, transition metal Zr and Sn incorporated into the carbon templated mesoporous silicalite-1. We applied these materials to catalyze gas-phase Meerwein-Ponndorf-Verly Reduction which require Lewis acid sites for the activation of electron donating substrates and iso-propyl alcohol used as hydrogen transfer agent. These samples showed high activity to activate ketones in gas phase and giving almost 100 % selectivities to corresponding alcohols.
